Garage Makeovers T&C's

Please note that any internal garage makeovers carried out by GarageLux Ltd are solely intended to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the garage. Such makeovers are designed to ensure that the garage continues to function as a garage and is not repurposed or converted into a habitable space. GarageLux Ltd does not offer services related to the conversion of garages into living areas or other habitable spaces. Our services are limited to cosmetic improvements within the existing framework of the garage's intended use.

Planning permission is generally not required for cosmetic or aesthetic internal improvements to a garage, provided that the garage continues to serve its intended use. However, it is advisable to consult your local council or planning portal to confirm this, as regulations may vary. GarageLux Ltd cannot assume responsibility for any planning permission or building control requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to discuss and obtain any necessary approvals from their local planning authority and ensure compliance with building regulations before any work commences on the garage.

Before we commence any work, it is crucial that the garage is inspected by the customer or a dedicated specialist to ensure it is free from damp, condensation, and mold. Any issues related to dampness, condensation, or mold should be resolved prior to our involvement. GarageLux Ltd cannot be held responsible for problems arising from damp, condensation, or mold if these issues were not professionally addressed before the commencement of our work. Ensuring that the garage is free from such issues is essential for the longevity of the work we carry out. Our standard three-month warranty applies to all work performed, but please note that it excludes coverage for damp and mold problems,  if the space was not inspected by a registered professional prior to the work
